Jewelry Workshop

Karen Kirk and Audrey Tanaka led a workshop on
making kimono fabric covered button jewelry,
Ellen Carson generously donated a wide variety of
kimono fabric, organized by color.
Participants enjoyed cutting patterns from the
kimono fabric and pairing them with other pieces to
make necklaces, earrings and brooches. Once
everyone figured out how to cover the base,
creativity took over with everyone making multiple
pieces of jewelry.
